Happy Birthday ice cream!!! My bff Google informed me that today is the 119th anniversary of the first documented ice cream sundae. Well a big fat thank you! to whoever it was that came up with this genius heavenly creation, you are my HERO!....and I dedicate this post to you.

My fave is mint choco chip too! I just hate that now ice cream makes me sick. I eat it anyway though. Such a glutton for punishment!
